Return and exchange

At Tittaty we strive to offer 100% satisfaction to all our valued customers. We offer a refund or exchange/costume alternation for defective items, missing items, or items significantly different from our description.

For items that are the wrong size, defective, missing items or significantly different from our shop description. Customers should contact us within 2 days of delivery of the item and send us photos to support a request for a replacement or refund.


1.The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

- Contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

- Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

- Contracts for the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.


2.How can I return my order?

You can return your order within 14 days. Please complete the following steps.

1) Please contact us via Email: info@tittaty.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the package, if there is any problem with the item, send some photos as attachments to us via email would be appreciated. Once we have received your information we will reply to you within 2 working days.Our customer service will determine from the information you provide if we can offer the return service.

2) After we confirm that the products can be returned, our customer service will provide the return address and other return details via email, but we are not responsible for return shipping costs.Returns must be made through registered mail at the customer’s expense. Please provide an online delivery tracking number. Please do not send returns to the address on the package received; only send them to the address that our customer service has provided. A return or exchange will only be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.

3) If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item , we allow a return once we have received relevant information. The customer is responsible for returning items in their original condition within 2 weeks of delivery. Returns must be made through registered mail at the customer’s expense. Please provide an online delivery tracking number.


3.How can I exchange my order?

Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. please contact our customer service via email. after we confirm that the products can be returned and exchanged, our customer service will provide the return address and other details for exchange service via email. however, we are not responsible for return shipping costs. we will reship a new item free of charge after receiving the return.


4.How long can I get a refund?

After receiving and inspecting the return, the products should be in original condition. we will transfer the refund to the original payment method. You can usually get the refund within 2-5 working days.

5.Package returned

Please tell us the tracking number after you have returned an item.
